ManiFiesta, the festival of international solidarity
For one weekend, ManiFiesta was once again the world as it should be.
We danced, we sang, we talked, we debated, we ran, we moved, we boxed, we inspired, we created, we laughed... but above all: we filled up with energy to change the world. And we'll do it together, in unity and solidarity.
The new MundoFiesta space welcomed many guests from the four corners of the planet. The place to meet activists from anti-imperialist movements, for peace and solidarity with Palestine and Cuba, and representatives of radical left-wing parties. At the ‘speed dating’ with rebels from all over the world, we learned about ongoing struggles and current events in other countries.
These meetings with guests from other European countries, but also from Palestine, Latin America and the Caribbean, and several African and Asian countries, also gave us the opportunity to get to know each other better and to develop strong links between our struggles.
