We will not pay the price for their wars. In Brussels, on Sunday, June 14, the European march "Welfare, not Warfare" will take place, organized by the Belgian front Stop Militarisation and the European coalition Stop ReArm Europe. We will be there with the PVDA-PTB (Workers' Party of Belgium).

Our governments are attacking our pensions, our education, our purchasing power. And why? To finance new missiles, F-35s, and tanks to go and wage war abroad. To justify this, they manipulate public opinion and sow fear.

Meanwhile, Trump and Netanyahu are sowing death and chaos in the Middle East, and the United States is threatening Cuba. All with the complicity of our governments.

No, we will not pay for their wars. Neither the 34 billion for military spending as planned by the Belgian government, nor the 800 billion planned under the European Commission's ReArm Europe plan. We will not allow them to send our children to be killed for their profits.

Trade unionists from the Italian CGIL, Spanish Workers' Commissions, and the French CGT will be present, along with left-wing parties from across Europe, from Germany to Spain.

A major European mobilization, "No Kings," against Trump's wars took place on March 28 in Rome and London. There have been several major strikes by German high school students in recent months against military conscription. And a large European meeting will also take place in London on June 20, in a month of June marked by actions across the continent all the way to Greece. Things are moving in Europe, and that is necessary.

So we invite you to join us on June 14 in Brussels, alongside a broad Belgian and European coalition.
